How on earth do you think you're likely to provide the audacity to cost me a restocking fee for something which you don't have in inventory?!? Demanded to speak with the manager. Agent went to discover the manager then returned stating that "Considering the fact that it has been so very long on buy, the supervisor will waive the restocking rate this time". Manager didn't even contain the braveness to encounter me Individually and state this. Charging a restocking charge for something which is just not even in stock....SMH
